Reformer Pilates

You can try pilates on it's own or pair it with one of our amazing recovery treatments to amplify the benefits. ​Add Pilates to any of your studio sessions. For group sessions, Pilates can only be done one at a time, so please book longer time slots if everyone in the group wishes to participate.
